Your privacy, clearly explained.
AM Mow is operated by Leadstack LLC. This notice explains the information used to quote, arrange, and bill for lawn care.
When you check an address
As you type, the site requests address suggestions. We use the selected address and public Marion County parcel data to estimate lot size and a price per cut. Parcel size is not the same as mowable grass area; a professional checks the property before the service price is confirmed. You can view an estimate without giving us your name, phone number, or email.
Your lawn guide
If you use the optional AI guide, OpenAI processes your chat messages and the estimated parcel size and prices to answer questions about your quote. If you tap the microphone, your browser may send audio to its speech recognition service. Where browser speech recognition is unavailable, a short recording may instead be sent to OpenAI for transcription. AM Mow does not store recordings. AM Mow does not automatically include your street address, name, phone number, payment details, or account credentials in the guide request. Anything you type or say to the guide is included. The guide can suggest a frequency on this page, but cannot book work, change an active service, or charge your card. Do not share sensitive information with the guide.
When you create an account
If you continue, we collect your name, email, phone number, selected address, quote, and preferred frequency. We use them to create your customer account, contact you about your request, arrange visits, and keep service records. Google sign-in or email sign-in verifies your identity. Asking for a quote or creating an account does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing messages.
Service, photos, and payments
For an active service we keep the accepted price and agreement version, visit schedule and status, provider assignment, completion photos, and payment status. An assigned provider sees the details needed for that job. Stripe securely collects and stores your card details; AM Mow receives payment identifiers and status, not your full card number. A card is charged only under the service terms you accept.
Who helps us run the service
We use Sites to run the website and service records, Supabase for account access, Stripe for payments, and GoHighLevel for customer communications. Address suggestions and parcel details come from public property services. When available, Google Maps supplies a recent street-level image near the address and processes that location under its privacy policy. These services process only the information needed for their roles. Optional advertising measurement is described below.
Cookies and device storage
Sign-in and security cookies keep your account or staff session working. The quote flow may temporarily keep a quote identifier in your browser session so you can finish the same request. These are functional features; blocking them can prevent sign-in or checkout. When you request an estimate, we may save the campaign labels from the link you used to reach AM Mow with that request. Optional Meta measurement is off until you allow it in Privacy choices. If you opt in, we store an advertising browser identifier and, when available, the Facebook click identifier. We send Meta a coded account identifier, browser information, registration time, and the amount and currency of a confirmed paid cut. We do not include your name, email, phone, street address, card details or private portal links in these events. Saving a card is not reported as a purchase. You can withdraw permission in Privacy choices; we respect Global Privacy Control. Device context expires after 180 days; event identifiers are retained to prevent duplicate reporting. No browser advertising pixel is installed.
Your choices and records
You can review or correct your contact details and request account deletion in your customer portal. An active service, open payment, or unresolved visit must be settled first. We may retain the limited records needed to document completed work, payments, disputes, and legal or accounting obligations after an account is removed. You can also contact us to ask about your information or stop optional marketing email; essential service and account messages may still be sent.
Security and contact
We restrict account and provider access to the records needed for their roles and use payment and sign-in providers for sensitive credentials. No online service can promise absolute security. For privacy questions, corrections, or deletion help, email ammowllc@gmail.com.
