Property access, safety and service conditions Version: am-mow-property-2026-10-29-v1 SHA-256: f4dc9d7d665b98ecaadec2efe743dfede105038a566a6aad68e986ddb54793b6 Who we are. Your service agreement is with Leadstack LLC, operating AM Mow. Assigned lawn professionals may be separate service businesses. Using a separate provider does not remove any responsibility AM Mow has under applicable law. Providers may not collect extra AM Mow payments or change your accepted price outside your order. Contact ammowllc@gmail.com for service, billing or incident questions. Your authority and service area. You confirm that you own the property or have permission to order the work and grant access to the agreed outdoor areas. Identify the lawn you are authorized to have serviced and any boundary restrictions. Parcel outlines and aerial images are approximate references, not surveys or a measurement of all mowable grass. We may decline areas with uncertain boundaries, unsafe access or work outside the accepted scope. Standard mowing does not include tree work, pesticides, irrigation repair, hauling or hazardous-material removal. Safe access. Provide accurate access instructions, secure pets, and keep people away from operating equipment. Remove movable toys, hoses, loose wire, glass, stones and pet waste when reasonably possible. Tell us before work about known hidden or unusual hazards, fragile irrigation parts, cables, invisible fences, delicate plants, recent treatments and other conditions affecting safe work. Do not ask a provider to bypass a safety rule or locked gate. These customer duties do not excuse a provider from using reasonable care, checking visible conditions or stopping unsafe work. Conditions and delays. Routine mowing cannot correct drainage defects, pests, disease, soil problems, drought damage or prior neglect. We do not guarantee turf recovery, property value or freedom from weeds or disease. A pre-existing condition or an event outside our reasonable control is not automatically our responsibility; responsibility still follows applicable law and actual causation. We may stop work that could worsen a visible or reported condition. Weather, wet ground, unsafe conditions or route changes may require a new date. A preferred day is a request, not a confirmed appointment or fixed arrival time. The service agreement controls rescheduling and refunds; this document adds no charge for an incomplete visit, trip fee or monthly fee. Damage or incomplete work. Protect people and contact emergency services first when necessary. Report suspected damage or incomplete work promptly to ammowllc@gmail.com with the property, service date, description and available photos. When reasonably possible, report within seven days of discovery and preserve evidence so the cause can be investigated. This request is not a forfeiture deadline, does not shorten any legal limitation period and does not require delaying necessary emergency repairs. Allow a reasonable inspection opportunity where safe and practical. We investigate with the provider and, where relevant, insurers; a repair, refund or settlement is determined from the facts and applicable obligations. Contacting support does not waive bank-dispute or statutory rights. Responsibility follows fault. Each party remains responsible to the extent required by law for its own negligent or wrongful conduct. The customer is responsible for loss caused by lack of authority to order the work, intentional misrepresentation of a known hazard, or negligent failure to perform the access and safety duties above, only to the extent that conduct caused the loss and the law permits. You are not agreeing to indemnify AM Mow or a provider for their negligence, gross negligence, intentional misconduct or unlawful acts. Nothing here binds an injured worker, neighbor, visitor or other nonparty. This is not a blanket negligence release, a waiver of injury or property-damage claims, or a promise that every loss is insured. There is no contractual dollar cap on those claims in these conditions. Work photos and privacy. Limited before-and-after photos of the agreed work area may document existing conditions, completion, quality and disputes. Providers must avoid people, private interiors and unrelated personal information. Service evidence is handled under our Privacy Notice. This is not permission to publish your home or image in advertising; marketing use requires separate permission. Marketing consent is not required for service. Your acceptance and rights. These conditions supplement the service agreement for the new card authorization and order you are submitting. They do not change an earlier accepted agreement or authorize a new price, charge or service. Keep or print both documents before accepting; support can help with records. Material price or scope changes need your express acceptance. Florida law applies to the extent permitted by law. No arbitration, class-action waiver, distant exclusive venue or shortened lawsuit deadline is imposed here. No nonwaivable consumer right is waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest applies only to the extent lawful.
